Shipping Policy Shipping and Handling Charges

Our shipping and handling charges cover all associated costs and services including labor, materials, packaging, carrier and processing costs. 

Additional Shipping Charges for Heavy or Oversized Items

- Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. If additional charges are required, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you prior to the order being shipped.
- For information on these charges, please call Customer Service toll-free at (888) 333-5069, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Central Time).
- These additional charges are applied on top of the standard delivery charges listed above.
- Large or heavy items can only be delivered to street addresses within the continental United States.

Motor Freight Shipping Policy

Certain large or heavy items are shipped via motor freight carrier. Please allow extra processing time for these orders before shipment. Motor freight carriers deliver Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  

Delivery Details

- Delivery Type: Standard motor freight delivery includes curbside service only. Additional charges may apply if you require assistance from the driver. It is recommended to have assistance available for your delivery.
- Inspection and Acceptance: You will need to sign for your shipment upon delivery. Inspect all packages for damage before accepting them. If you notice any damage, document it on the delivery receipt. You may refuse delivery if the damage is substantial. No claims can be made once delivery is complete.
- Availability: Motor freight delivery is only available within the contiguous United States.
- Access Restrictions: Motor freight carriers will not drive down privately owned roads or streets.

Setting Up Delivery

- The carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment when your merchandise is available for delivery. Deliveries are generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- When contacted by the motor freight company, please record and retain the following information:
