Granite Slab Cheese Slicer

A substantial slab of gray granite with an attractive textured and thermalized surface helps keep cheese in place during slicing. This cheese slicer features a built-in high-tension sharp stainless steel cutting wire that will sink easily into semi-soft cheeses without sticking or even the hardest cheeses without breaking, creating a perfect slice every time. It then nests safely back into the grooved board when you are finished slicing. The stylish cheese slicing arm and handle grip are available in silver or black. Cork feet have been applied to the bottom for protection of tabletops and to provide a level surface.
